Shipping Policy

At YANY Beauty, we are committed to delivering luxury, clean, and sustainable beauty experiences with clarity and care. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

SHIPPING

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons, product launches, or exclusive drops, processing times may be extended.

Once shipped, delivery timelines depend on the selected carrier and shipping method at checkout.

Domestic & International Shipping
We ship both domestically and internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.

YANY Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, YANY Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Marketplace Brand Shipping
YANY Beauty features select marketplace and partner brands. These brands may ship separately and may have independent processing times, shipping carriers, and policies. Shipping details will be noted on the product page when applicable.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

YANY Beauty Branded Products
We accept returns of unopened, unused YANY Beauty branded products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Customer must contact hello@yanybeauty.co prior to returning

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened makeup, skincare, hair care, and personal care products are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval.

Marketplace Brand Products
Marketplace brands may have their own shipping, return, and refund policies. In many cases, marketplace products are final sale unless defective.

If a marketplace item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and order details. Resolution may include replacement, store credit, or coordination with the partner brand.

Exclusive Drops & Limited Releases
All Exclusive Drops, limited releases, collaboration capsules, and special event collections are final sale. Due to the limited nature and production planning of these items, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@yanybeauty.co within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Description of the issue

We will evaluate and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for unopened YANY Beauty branded products within the 14-day return window. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Custom, made-to-order, and personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

 

SHANIA DION MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

All Shania Dion pieces are handmade and custom made-to-order.

Cancellations are permitted within 30 minutes of purchase only. After this window, all sales are final.

Due to the handcrafted nature of each garment, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the design integrity.

Exclusive couture and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.

PRODUCT SAFETY & ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

YANY Beauty products are formulated with clean, vegan, botanical ingredients. However, individual sensitivities vary.

We recommend performing a patch test before full use. YANY Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.

SUSTAINABILITY COMMITMENT

As a people-and-planet-focused brand, we work to minimize waste and overproduction. Limited collections and exclusive drops are intentionally produced in small quantities to support sustainability efforts.

POLICY UPDATES

YANY Beauty reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase governs your order.
