Our Mission
At Yany Foundation, we are dedicated to empowering individuals by expanding access to financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career development opportunities. We focus on underserved communitiesâespecially youth and womenâwho are often left out of traditional pathways to success. Through our programs and partnerships, we promote equality, self-sufficiency, and social justice through the power of beauty!
Beauty That Gives Back
Financial Literacy
We provide workshops and resources to help individuals build credit, manage debt, save with confidence, and develop financial independence.
Entrepreneurship Support
We offer mentorship, business development training, and access to practical tools that help aspiring entrepreneurs launch and grow their ventures.
Esthetician Apprenticeship Program
Our free, U.S. Department of Laborâapproved esthetician apprenticeship helps participants gain real-world experience, hands-on training, and career pathways in the beauty and wellness industryâall at no cost.
Care Packages for Youth in Foster Care
We deliver curated beauty and wellness care packages to youth in foster homes to support self-care, confidence, and well-being during life transitions.

Since our founding in 2024 we have:
- Graduated multiple cohorts from our free esthetician apprenticeship
