Booking Policy for Services
1. Reservation Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed either online, via phone, or in person.
2. No Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be required to pay upfront for their next service.
3. Late Arrival Policy: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, the service will be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Late Start Policy: If a client arrives late for their appointment the remaining service time will be adjusted accordingly. For example, if a service is scheduled for 1 hour and the client arrives 10 minutes late, the service will be shortened to 50 minutes.
5. Early Arrival: Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled service time to ensure a smooth check-in process and to maximize their appointment time.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and appointments may need to be canceled or rescheduled. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to appointments. Services not rescheduled or canceled before the 24-hour notice cut-off will incur a $25 rebooking fee before scheduling a new appointment. This includes services booked through third-party platforms such as Google, Groupon, etc.
7. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, or electronic payment methods. Tips are welcome in cash, credit, or electronic payments.
8. Confirmation: A reminder may be sent via text or email 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Clients are responsible for confirming or rescheduling their appointments in a timely manner.
9. Service Guarantee: We strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know at the time of service, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
